Adult Caregiver Support
Are you caring for an aging spouse or parent? Do you feel stressed out or isolated due to your caregiving situation? Would you like to learn more about community resources available to help caregivers?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, the Older Adult Caregivers' Support Group meets the fourth Wednesday of every month from 11:30-12:30 in the Witherspoon Room (CC-130).
The group is designed to be a safe place where caregivers can share their experiences and learn from each other. Guest speakers are invited to some meetings to share information on topics such as adult day centers and stress management.
