With the changing economy, First Presbyterian Church is working to develop new networking opportunities for our membership. Our core purpose and mission is to:
“Provide a ministry to support, assist, coach, and partner with FPC members and our community to explore career options in transition in a Christian environment.”
These tools are for the whole membership; those looking to grow their existing businesses, to add key personnel, for new career opportunities, and for trusted businesses to provide services.
Career Transition Roundtable
Come join us for a weekly interactive Networking event:
Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in the Bryant Conference Room
The Roundtable is a guided exchange with career transitioning professionals sharing ideas, contacts, and information. This is an open group, all are welcome. Bring a stack of business cards!

New Network Groups Online
Be watching for our new Networking groups on LinkedIn, Facebook, and on Twitter. These online network groups are being established to allow for business and career networking opportunities among our membership. Facebook and Twitter will be open forums for the FPC Career Network community to exchange longer articles of interest, useful videos or power point presentations, and tips on current job postings. The LinkedIn discussion group will be a closed networking group for active FPC members only. Participation in all of these online groups will be strictly voluntary. Come join in the discussions!
